BACKGROUND
Justin, aka J.Esco, is a Filipino-American DJ rooted in Bay Area flavor and Hip Hop dance. He began DJing as a way to bridge the gap between street dance and choreography at local competitions in the early 2000s. Two decades later, he has a growing list of blue chip brands and venues. He's performed at private estates in Ohio, California, Oregon, and Washington as well as undiscovered beach and mountain views from Hawaii to Thailand.
In addition to commercial gigs, he's passionate about philanthropic projects and has donated his time to rural schools for underprivileged kids in Nepal and Manila, Philippines.
Justin's the DJ you want on your team. He's humble, scrappy, strategic, and sophisticated — willing to moonlight as sound engineer to festival performers without one and able to read the crowd, dropping the perfect heavy hitting jam at just the right time, at your best friend's fancy wedding.
He lives by the mindset, “do what you love and love what you do.” No matter the challenge or unique parameters, he'll put in 100% effort toward having fun and setting up a good vibes only experience for whoever is listening.
Justin currently resides in Honolulu, Hawaii as a resident at Hideout Waikiki, Gallery Waikiki, Tropics Beach Hut and specialty parties Motown on Mondays and All Thangs R&B Party, “Cuffin.”
